Three years ago I had a major muscle spasm between my shoulder blades, so bad that I almost had to crawl to the phone to call 911. Then it got better and I could breather easier. But ever since that day I have been having problems with my back, neck and head! Some days I would have to take Advil more than once and many days I was taking ginger capsules for nausea. The pain I was feeling, mainly in my neck and the back of my head were awful. Sometimes the back of my head would get so hot that I would have to use an ice pack to cool off and take ginger to take care of the nausea from light headedness.
I very rarely made it through a whole day without going through this and most nights I would wake up with headaches and a very hot head, so I would have to get up and get an ice pack and either take Advil or ginger.
