The Importance of a Daily Multi-Vitamin
Vitamins are indispensable for the maintenance of a healthy body and normal metabolism, and are essential for an aging and growing body. The Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) concluded from a study that every individual should take a multi-vitamin daily.
Recent research has shown that the body begins to weaken as a result of nutrient deficiencies; many people who develop cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other serious diseases, may have been able to avoid such illnesses if they had been receiving proper nutrients and exercise.
Multi Minerals are critical to maintaining good health. Minerals are so vital that vitamins cannot function without them.
