Company Policy
Domestic Shipping
- All United States domestic orders received before 12:00 P.M. Monday - Friday typically ship the same day,
order received after 12:00 P.M. typically ship out the next working day, however all orders are guaranteed to ship within three business days.
- All United States domestic orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS with tracking numbers.
- Packages refused at the customers request will be assessed a second shipping charge and refunded accordingly upon return of the package.
- Orders processed with and incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a $7.00 processing fee.
- United States Domestic shipping services include Express Shipping $25.00 (1-2 days) Standard Shipping $7.00 (3-5 Days).
International Shipping
- All International orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) within three working days of the order date.
- International customers are responsible for checking with there local customs office for any ingredients that may be restricted from entering into their country.
- ProBLEN is not responsible for any customs/duty fees associated with import.
- ProBLEN is not responsible for any package held or seized by an International customs office
- All International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
- Packages refused at the customers request will be assessed a second shipping charge and refunded accordingly upon return of the package.
- International orders processed with and incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a $15.00 processing fee.
- International shipping services includes Express Shipping $35.00 (1-5 Days with tracking) or Standard Shipping $18.00 (5-15 days with out tracking).
Automatic Shipping (AutoShip) Program Policy's
- All AutoShip Customers will receive a discount on each item purchased for monthly or quarterly automatic shipment at the time of purchase (ProBLEN Product Combo's may not apply).
- AutoShip Customers may delay an upcoming AutoShip by requesting to skip up to 1 shipment by contacting ProBLEN .
- Existing AutoShip orders whose payment method is declined, will continue to be processed up to 3 weeks before being canceled.
- To request a cancellation or change to an existing AutoShip, visit www.problen.com/support 48 hours before the next order is due to be processed or customer will still be charged handling fees.
