ProBLEN Pharmacy Homeopathic
Age-Defying Restoratives & Seasonal Products
- All Customers who purchased
a single product must contact ProBLEN Pharmacy and request a return
authorization number within thirty (30) days of date of purchase
before returning any product(s) for a refund.
- All Customers who purchase a "BUY
2 GET 1 FREE SPECIAL" must request a return authorization number
from ProBLEN Pharmacy within ninety (90) days of the date of purchase
before returning product(s) for a refund.
- Any product(s) to be returned must
be received at ProBLEN Pharmacy within fourteen (14) days upon the
Customer receiving a return authorization number.
- Single product returns must arrive
with any unused portion of the product.
- Customers who purchase a "BUY 2 GET
1 FREE SPECIAL" must return two (2) of the three (3) bottles unopened
and in resalable condition. Orders with one (1) of the three (3)
bottles unopened and in resalable condition will be eligible for
a 50% refund. Orders with 3 opened bottles are not eligible for
a refund.
- Returned products can be shipped
via the customers preferred delivery method, BUT, all returns are
at the customers risk and expense.
- A refund credit will be issued
according to the payment method received (credit card, check, etc.)
by ProBLEN Pharmacy within thirty (30) days of receipt of items.
- Refunds are issues for the
amount of the product at the time of sale less shipping & handling.
ProBLEN Pharmacy Vitamins
and Supplements
- All Customers must contact
ProBLEN Pharmacy and request a return authorization number within
thirty (30) days of date of purchase before returning any product(s)
for a refund.
- Any product(s) to be returned must
be received at ProBLEN Pharmacy within fourteen (14) days upon the
Customer receiving a return authorization number.
- Customers must return bottles unopened
and in resalable condition. Customers who purchase a "BUY 2 GET
1 FREE SPECIAL" may return two (2) of the three (3) bottles unopened
and in resalable condition for a 50% refund.
- Returned products can be shipped
via the customers preferred delivery method, BUT, all returns are

ProBLEN Pharmacy Products purchased
from another company or entity other than ProBLEN Pharmacy or one
of its Independent Sales Representatives are not eligible for a refund
from ProBLEN pharmacy and must be returned to the place of purchase
for a refund.
NO refunds will be given if the
above qualifications are not met.

Shipping

Domestic
Shipping
- All United States domestic orders received before 12:00 P.M. Monday - Friday typically ship the same day, order received after 12:00 P.M. typically ship out the next working day, however all orders are guaranteed to ship within three business days.
- All United States domestic orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS with tracking numbers.
- Packages refused at the customers request will be assessed a second shipping charge and refunded accordingly upon return of the package.
- Orders processed with and incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a $7.00 processing fee.
- United States Domestic shipping services include Express Shipping $25.00 (1-2 days) Standard Shipping $7.00 (3-5 Days).
International
Shipping
- All International orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) within three working days of the order date.
- International customers are responsible for checking with there local customs office for any ingredients that may be restricted from entering into their country.
- ProBLEN Pharmacy is not responsible for any customs/duty fees associated with import.
- ProBLEN Pharmacy is not responsible for any package held or seized by an International customs office
- All International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
- Packages refused at the customers request will be assessed a second shipping charge and refunded accordingly upon return of the package.
- International orders processed with and incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a $15.00 processing fee.
- International shipping services includes Express Shipping $35.00 (1-5 Days with tracking) or Standard Shipping $18.00 (5-15 days with out tracking).

Automatic
Shipping (AutoShip) Program Policy's
- All AutoShip Customers will receive
a discount on each item purchased for monthly or quarterly automatic
shipment at the time of purchase (ProBLEN Product Combo's may not apply).
- AutoShip Customers may delay an upcoming AutoShip by requesting to skip up to 1 shipment by contacting ProBLEN Pharmacy.
- Existing AutoShip orders whose payment method is declined, will continue to be processed up to 3 weeks before being canceled.
- Customers must contact ProBLEN Pharmacy to request cancellation of AutoShip 48 hours before next order is processed or customer will still be charged Shipping and Handling charges.
