Purchases
of 1-2 month supply of the same ProBLEN Homeopathic hormone boosters or Detox
Supplements must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
request within thirty (30) days of the order date.
Purchases of 3+ month supply of the same ProBLEN Homeopathic Hormone or Nutritional Supplements must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request within thirty (90) days of the order date.
Any
product(s) to be returned must be received at ProBLEN within fourteen
(14) days upon the Customer receiving a return authorization number.
Orders canceled after being processed will charged a 5.00 processing fee
Returns must arrive with all used and unused portion of the supplements.
Orders may be returned with one month supply used for a full refund. Any additional used bottleswill be deducted from refund at per unit price.
Returned
products can be shipped via the customers preferred delivery method,
BUT, all returns are at the customers risk and expense.
A
refund credit will be issued according to the payment method received
(credit card, check, etc.) by ProBLEN within thirty (30) days of receipt
of items.
Refunds are issues for the amount of the product at the time of sale less shipping & handling.
Partial Returns of Combination Packages will be refunded according to the adjustment made by calculating the current price of the individual product that is not returned.
